Regency Reclaim is an energy rebate and relief consultancy for UK businesses. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Regency Reclaim is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.
We rely on legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry, preparing a scope of work), consent (where you submit the form and tick the consent box), and contract (once a formal engagement begins).
We do not sell personal data. We share data with vetted processors strictly to operate the service: hosting, email delivery (Resend), file storage (Supabase) and our calendar booking provider. Where we engage with an electricity supplier, certifying authority or HMRC on your behalf, we share only what is needed.
Enquiry information is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you ask for it to be removed sooner, or unless a longer retention period is required by law or to support an active engagement.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for deletion, to restrict processing, and to object to processing. Email info@regencyreclaim.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
