A plain-English summary of what we collect, why, and how to ask us to remove it.

Last updated: 14 May 2026.

1. Who we are

Regency Reclaim is an energy rebate and relief consultancy for UK businesses. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Regency Reclaim is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

2. What we collect

  • Information you submit through the eligibility form — name, company, email, phone, business sector, indicative electricity spend, and any electricity bill you choose to upload.
  • Booking information when you schedule a call, including your name, email and chosen time.
  • Anonymised analytics — pages viewed, broad geographic region, and basic device information. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we collect it

  • To provide an initial view on whether relief may be available.
  • To prepare an engagement scope where the business wishes to proceed.
  • To respond to direct enquiries you send to info@regencyreclaim.com.
  • To meet our own legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry, preparing a scope of work), consent (where you submit the form and tick the consent box), and contract (once a formal engagement begins).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with vetted processors strictly to operate the service: hosting, email delivery (Resend), file storage (Supabase) and our calendar booking provider. Where we engage with an electricity supplier, certifying authority or HMRC on your behalf, we share only what is needed.

6. Retention

Enquiry information is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you ask for it to be removed sooner, or unless a longer retention period is required by law or to support an active engagement.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for deletion, to restrict processing, and to object to processing. Email info@regencyreclaim.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
