These terms govern the relationship between Regency Reclaim and the client. An engagement begins when both parties agree the scope of work in writing.
Regency Reclaim provides energy rebate and relief consultancy services, including eligibility review, evidence preparation, and supplier and authority liaison in connection with Energy-Intensive Industries (EII) Exemption Relief, Climate Change Levy (CCL) Relief, and related schemes.
The client agrees to provide accurate information and documentation, to keep Regency Reclaim informed of material changes in the business, and to comply with the responsibilities placed on it by the relevant scheme — including, where applicable, annual entitlement review and record-keeping.
Fee arrangements are agreed in writing at the start of each engagement and form part of the engagement letter.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the other party's confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
